I have couple of these blinds for almost 2 months now. It was very easy to install these. I ordered a 15 channel remote which was setup already to control these blinds and worked right out of the box.

Measurement wise, these came as ordered with expected gap after rolling down. As you can see in video, it leaves room for light to enter. If you want to block light completely, I will advise ordering light blockers they offer with the product. In hindsight, I probably could have used little more height when it rolls all the way down to avoid light coming out from bottom. Something I will keep in mind while ordering next ones. Material for shades is really good and blocks the light completely as expected.

Rolling is pretty smooth and quite enough to not be bothered in night. It can be partially rolled down using either remote or app. App on android (Shademate) keeps crashing on my phone but Kincmo hub I ordered with my 2 blinds worked nicely to integrate support into Alexa. I can control it either through Alexa app or voice control easily.

Lastly, customer service is really good. After going through multiple motorized blinds options, I settle down on Kincmo because of the reviewers mentioning how great customer service is. And it was as advertised.
They contacted my to confirm if I wanted Matter over thread or Kincmo hub and offered to replaced my original order with Kincmo hub instead as it will be cheaper option as I plan to buy more. Their response time is quick and detailed. You can pretty much get all your questions answered through emails.

I started with 2 and might replace rest of them as I go.

Just placed our 4th order to complete our shades project in our home. The customer service we have experienced has been top notch from start to finish. I have three oddly shaped windows that are out of reach, and I've been looking for motorized blinds to fit. I bought blinds to cover the large window pictured, and it's perfect. I can't believe how easy the installation was. I'm going to purchase more blinds and the great news is that the new blinds will work with the remote I bought to go with the original order. We love our new blinds. They are just what we were looking for. We just finished our game room in the basement and wanted to get rid of the bulky curtains. The process was simple and easy. We just sent our measurements, per the instructions, with our order, and the blinds fit perfectly. My husband said they were very easy to install. We got the blinds with a little texture which gives them a good look and the remote is great, we just attached it to the wall.

The blinds are really nice and the motorized function is so smooth. I was mostly concerned about the install since I'm not terribly handy, but it ended up being pretty simple to install. Customer service is very responsive and friendly. A great experience overall!

I ordered 110inch W 74 inch H : and it was perfect for my window !! Took me 15 mins to install with no experience .... setting up the remote was harder .... the bottom rail has a little dent but you won't notice it since its facing the wall .. its definitely 5 star product .... the price though ... still not sure if 700$ is correct but everywhere else i check they ask for more ...

I love my new Kincmo Motorized Blind! After I ordered the blind, customer service clarified my configuration and answered a few questions by email. I received it within 10 days and was able to install it in 10 minutes. The remote control function works perfectly. It was fairly easy to connect to Alexa and create a routine which allows me to open, close, or set to a specific height. I did order an upgraded solar panel, but it was too large for my window opening. Kincmo customer service was quick to resolve my issue and get me a smaller solar panel (in progress). Great blinds and a great company!!

I typically buy one of something to try it out and see how I like the product, I have just ordered 11 more of these guys an that will handle all of the windows on the upper floor of the house.

I have purchased now 3 sets of these shades and they are outstanding and well worth the money. Shades are well made, extremely easy to install and very quiet up and down feature. After ordering customer support reaches out to confirm size or any concerns about the shades before shipment which is great customer service.

Love this blind. I got the room darkening with remote control. It is nice to lay in bed and open or close the blind. I don't have to mess up my curtains to get to the blind. Super easy to install and the clips just easily click in. Definitely will be ordering another one!

Bought this blind a year ago and I must say. It's a very nice blind, easy to use, durable and very attractive. Helps keep temperature and light out when needed. It fits perfectly. Absolutely love the product. The battery has been holding pretty good. The quality appears to be solid and the fact that different colors are available, is very helpful. This particular company had the size that I needed whereas other sellers did not offer such size. It protects from the sun very well. Hopefully the quality holds after a year.

I ordered three custom shades so far and they all work wonderfully and look great. There were quite a few customizations available including many smart home features. The product was exactly as requested and easy to install. The upgraded remote was pretty sleek and was easy to set up and the USB charging cable was plenty long enough to reach our outlets so far.
