Some examples, they shipped a box of blind material samples no charge and free shipping! My 117" length exceeded allowable shipping size, but Alice offered they could increase their standard 112" size to a maximum custom 115" with reassurance the 2" short would not be noticeable (she was correct). Delivery from China was a reasonable couple weeks via air freight. Extremely well packaged! Throughout order, install and configuration, service (Alice) was immediately available by email. I had several questions on integrating to my Alexa and she always responded immediately with exactly the video or instruction I needed. It worked beautifully my 1st attempt! The remote is also simple and elegant. (I just reprogrammed the blind to drop 47" instead of 51" with a few simple steps using the remote control!) Again, great product, vendor, service and value!

This company has top tier customer service and communication. They double-checked my measurements before sending out the blind to make sure of the accuracy which I very much appreciated. The blind came extremely well wrapped and in perfect condition. Only took about ten minutes to hang with two small brackets once I charged it up with the USB charger cable. After having the blind for a few weeks, they emailed me to be sure it was working properly and to answer any questions. When I received the blind, it went up (by using the remote) and stopped automatically right where it should. When using the remote to lower the blind though I had to use the stop button (otherwise it would be too long). I mentioned this to the follow up email and they emailed me back the same day how to fix that setting so it lowered and stopped automatically right where I wanted it to. Worked perfectly! Everyone who sees the blind thinks it is very cool and well worth the money. Would buy from this company again and highly recommend!!!

My wife and I are very happy with Kincmo motorized blinds. We had a large window that was always a pain to use a traditional shade and having a motorized shade has really transformed the room and makes us feel like we're in a fancy hotel! ha. The fit and finish of the shade was very good and the quality of mechanism (motor), remote and look of installed product exceeded what we expected. Installation was straight forward (two clips) The only thing I changed was because we had a wood frame around window I didn't use the anchors. I recommend installing the two clips on the shade and holding it in place and then marking the window. You can then pop clips off anchor them into frame of window and then pop the shade back in.

The operation of shade is very smooth, and it slows down automatically when it reaches top or bottom. You can adjust the set heights, but we didn't have to. The only thing I'd do differently with order is consider the solar charging feature addon as that looked convenient.

My wife is so happy with this blind that she'd like to replace blind on other window in room as well so they're both motorized. The company followed up on sale to see if there were any issues and responded to any questions during ordering and post delivery. It was refreshing to see that level of customer service.
