I installed 8 of this several weeks ago. No complaints whatsoever. If the room is silent you can barely hear them but if a tv is on you wouldn’t at all. They came ready to install and the controller was also set up ready to go. Vinyl is exactly the same as the samples I received. These modernized shade where less than 1/2 the price of Bali manual lift roller shades priced from Lowe’s. Happy with the quality.
These do come from China which I wouldn’t normally buy but the prices of 8 shades are crazy 52”w X 62”L. Lowe’s quote for 8 shades Bali manual lift where over $700 each. Priced some online blind companies and they were similar price as Lowe’s.
So far so good. Seems to be a quality shades.

Bought in Aurora White. I'm glad I order the sample pack as there are so many colours and textures to choose from.
Great blinds. Fit perfectly with my measurements. Easy to install. Works great! I plan to buy more for other windows in the house. Very good customer service too- they triple check that your order is correct and follow up aftewards. I have already recommened these blinds to multiple people. Great investment!

I'm really happy with these motorized blinds. They look great, fit perfectly, and operate smoothly. I went with the beige color. Everything is customizable and I got mine with the remote, and the square finishing gives it a clean, modern look.

We took a huge risk by ordering over $1,700 dollars for 5 blinds from Kincmo as you never really know what you're going to get. Measuring instructions were simple and easy to follow. We did the box valance with the wrapped bottom bar. The blinds are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality! The ordering process was self explanatory. The company stayed in constant contact with me and kept me updated on production and shipping. Had I bought the equivalent blinds elsewhere, I would have spent over $5,000 for them! I also bought the upgraded very sleek 15 channel remote. Works great! I highly recommend Kincmo Motorized Blinds!!!

Excellent blackout blinds and customer service. If you are ordering and want a complete blackout. I highly recommend you order the side rails and not the L shaped rails.

We tried motorized blinds first time... the instruction to take measurement, and customer service reaching out to confirm the measurement, kept informed about the delivery. We received the product ahead of time. The packing was good. We spent couple of minutes to go over the installation steps, in the next 30 minutes we were able to install the blinds. No difficulty. Truly DIY. Our experience so far is great and we planning to order more for our other windows.

Really impressed with the quality of these blinds. Ive ordered 2 motorized blackout blinds. It was super easy to install and the remote is easy to setup. 100% blackout really keeps the sunlight out. I ordered these motorized blinds for my home office just over a month ago, and I like that they integrate into my existing setup. Since most of our home devices run through Alexa, being able to control these shades through voice commands has made a difference in how I deal with afternoon sun. They are easy to use, lightweight, the window they're on tends to get direct sunlight that hits my desk and computer, and I used to have to squeeze past a printer every time I wanted to adjust the shade. Now I can just speak and have the blinds respond without getting up.

The fabric feels soft and sturdy, and the Aurora Beige matches the photo pretty accurately. It rolls up evenly and doesn't bunch or tilt at the sides, so it looks tidy when not in use. In terms of light blocking, it does the job. I did notice that because I ordered a size just matching the width of my window, there's a narrow gap along each side that lets in a bit of light, especially in the mornings, but it is not a major issue. If you're using it for something like a projector setup during the day, like I do occasionally, it blocks enough light to make that work.

I also liked that the design is clean, there's no exposed white frame at the top like I have seen with other shades I've tried. The housing is wrapped neatly with the same material as the blind itself, so it blends in without calling attention to itself.

Very happy with these blinds! When originally placing order, which was very simple once you have your measurement's, it showed a delivery date 2 plus weeks out. I actually received it in 5 days! The quality of materials and construction are very nice and exact to my order details. Once received, mounting honestly could not be any easier. The type of mounting brackets allows you to take down and put back up quick and easy if needed for charging, cleaning, etc. Most importantly, the customer service and communication from the time of placing order, through delivering and after has been outstanding. I would recommend and would definitely order again!
