Definitely worth the money. Customer service was a wonderful help with making sure our order was going to work perfectly before it ever went to production. I would suggest getting the strips that go down the sides for complete blackout but you don’t have to. The blinds made a huge difference in heat coming in. Our AC unit was running about 8 times a day without the blinds. Only comes on a few times a day now.

We purchased 2 motorized blinds, one with just blackout shade and one dual that has both blackout and a sheer light filtering shade. We love them so much we buying 2 more! The instructions were great and made it very easy to install. The motor is quiet and they material of the the shade is super nice. The customer service is amazing! I had questions and they were courteous and prompt in answering. Highly recommend!!

I have to say ... these blinds were worth every penny and far exceeded my expectations! For years we have gone with no window coverings because we love the beautiful light coming into the house. But the privacy at night was non-existent. I knew that once we installed window coverings, the windows would always be covered because I would never have the time, thought, or effort to open all of them during the day and then having to close them all at night. After seeing these blinds, we found the solution. I programed them to be open at sunrise, 30% down in the afternoon to reduce the glare, and then all the way down again at sunset. All of this happening automatically! And it works flawlessly with no problems each day so far. We purchased the blinds, hub, and remote. Everything came well packaged and ready to install. The installation was simple and I did it all by myself with no need for any helpers. And then there's the cat. She is scared of her own shadow and runs to hide a the slightest sound. How is she going the deal with these blinds when they suddenly move to open or close??? To our surprise, she had not flinched when the blinds suddenly started to move. They are very quiet and operating is so smooth that the cat also gives two thumbs up! As far as the customer service ... best of most any company out there. All of my pre-order questions were quickly answered, and then after I installed these, the company reached out to me to see if everything worked out. This great customer service is rare today and it is great to see that this is a company that really cares about the consumer. Now we must get these for all of our other windows! Thanks Kincmo!

I will say that the customer service from Kincmo has been wonderful. Right after ordering, they messaged me to confirm the custom dimensions and included an additional feature. I was having some challenges connecting my Echo Dot, and as soon as I let them know they offered to give me a call and walk me through my options. Very pleased with their level of service.

As for the blinds I ordered for my bedroom, I love the color options, as well as the remotes. It's truly such a luxury to watch them close and open and they do so smoothly without much noise. The light blockers really help with the edges and the room stays pretty dark. The blackout quality is very nice as it truly does prevent light from coming in.

I've already recommended these to my friends as I am truly so happy that I ordered them for myself as a Christmas gift. If you're on the fence, I suggest you get these and work with customer service to resolve any challenges after that. They're great!

They checked in at every step to make sure I was getting the blinds I needed and wanted. They even provided me an upgrade as the item I ordered wasn't going to be compatible with my Alexa. I purchased 5 sets of these blinds for the bedroom windows in our home. The main goal was to block out the city lights at night for a better sleep and also to keep the room darker in the early morning to get a few hours of extra rest. The house we moved into has never had blinds on the bedroom windows so some privacy was nice also. These blinds completely solved the challenges we were having.

The matter enabled blinds integrated well into our Google Nest home assistant easily. I do recommend adding light blocker strips to your order, also as some light will inevitably shine around the sides of the blinds.

While these custom sized blinds aren't inexpensive, the better quality sleep and privacy achieved are well worth the very reasonable price.

I love my Kincmo blinds!! They are high quality, fit perfectly and installation was super easy. Solar remote controls are the best. I've been very impressed with their customer service. I've order several blinds. Once I had a question on how to adjust the remote control for blind length and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. They even sent a how to video link along with written instructions. Recently, I ordered another blind and it didn't fit my window. It was my mistake and a lot of money. I contacted customer service, explained my error and asked for help. They responded within two days and fixed it without hesitation! I love this company!!

Installation was very straightforward, I would recommend screwing in the side light blockers rather than relying on the magnet stickers that come with it to hold them up, they can be temperamental. Remote is simple to use and functions every time. Delivery was very quick and customer service follow up has been really pleasant! Overall would recommend, especially since I was quoted more than 4x what I paid for a local competitor to supply!
