We love these shades! Shipping was very quick & communication with the seller was excellent. The remote control is nicely designed & was accurately pre-programmed by the seller. My wife is handicapped & was unable to adjust the previous shades that we had... she loves these now. They're very easy for her to operate. The installation was also very quick & easy for me, and I like the mounting system better than the well-known brand of shades that we had previously. All in all, we highly recommend them.

I really was impressed with your customer support in getting my order correct. Regarding the roller blinds, the installation was straightforward. How light leaks around the valances, which could have been just a bit wider. I thought the magnet tape was an interesting approach, but despite surface prep there were still failure points and I removed the tape and screwed the sidewalk in. Lastly, the most important issue was with the 17 1/2 wide blinds. They kept getting caught up when closing. After many experiments with positioning the roller further back or forward, and trying the masking tape on the roller, I realized that the problem was that the plastic bottom on the blinds was not heavy enough to consistently go down the side rails. I finally solved it by putting weights on the bottom piece. Are you aware of this issue with narrow room darkening blinds when using side channels? There is also a small hole in the bottom of the large roller blind. Since they are longer than needed, how difficult is it cut the very bottom off and reattaching the bottom rail?

I am really impressed with these motorized blackout blinds. I ordered them for my bedroom and they made an immediate difference. The blackout is excellent and the room gets noticeably darker, which has helped so much with sleep. We got the window size customized. Installation was very easy. which I appreciated since I did not want to damage the walls. The blinds feel sturdy and well made, and the fabric looks clean and high quality. The blinds are beautiful, drill option is super easy to install. The quality is worth the price. We had an error on one measurement and the customer care was great with assisting to get a replacement blind and ensuring we were fully satisfied with the product!

Kincmo blinds have so far the best communication I've had. Installation of any blind isn't easy, but the communication makes it goes so much easier. I don't know how they have the time to communicate. But I will have 18 blinds to put up so I'm starting with this one. I'm putting the side rails in and it's the first time. But they've been patient with me, and it's exciting each step of the way. Amy and Vicky have been so helpful and encouraging. They're helping me to make sure these are completely blackout.
