This is one of the best purchases I have made on my home remodel. First of, I had questions and started to correspond with Alice at the Shade Company. She answered all of the questions that I had with regards to measuring, options and color selection on the shade in a timely manner. The Shade arrived faster than I thought it would. It was packaged very well and had no visual damages to the package. Once we opened the box, everything was wrapped properly with bubblewrap and tspe. We found all the parts and directions for the mounting of the screen. It was exactly the measurements I had given them. I have to say two of us installed it in about an hour including the side masking. The remote works great. This was one of the smoothest installations that we have experienced on the re-model. We also use this shade as a screen to watch movies at night as it is located in the Master Bedroom across from the foot of the Bed. We are very pleased with this shade and will definately do business with this Manufacturer / Supplier again. This motorized blackout roller shade is truly amazing. Very high quality materials and simple instructions makes for an effortless installation. Minimal tools needed and extra hardware was included. Blackout is effective. The motor is tucked neatly into the housing unit and is relatively quiet. The remote control is straightforward and the batteries were included. The square valance gives it a modern touch. The instructions on measuring are clear and easy to understand but the seller responds to any questions you may have in a timely manner. The shipping was incredibly fast. I also received the item super fast. The packaging was superbly done; practically eliminating the likelihood of any damage during shipping. If I had more windows I would buy more of these. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Worth every penny!

When they say blackout shades they aren't lying. Pure darkness now when I sleep. The battery power is awesome as well. I've had these install in 4 rooms for 6 months now and I still haven't had to recharge the shades with daily opening and shutting. Only bad thing I could say is it doesn't seem to be zwave compatible for any home automation folks.
