I am beyond thrilled with my blinds purchase! I have two rather large windows (85-87" w). We got quotes from three of the big chain companies and two smaller private companies - the prices were outrageous! So based on the other reviews I took a leap of faith and ordered Kincmo. The customer service was wonderful - they reached out to confirm the order and answered my questions. Delivery was rather quick which was a surprise since they were custom sized. I had a few hiccups with hanging them, but once I got them up they worked perfectly! I now plan to order a few more! If you are on the ledge debating to order - just do it! You will not regret it!

I just built a new house. We have 8 foot doors and window heights. I could only use a motorized blind due to this height. I ordered only 1 blind from Kincmo thinking I wanted to see quality before ordering 2 more blinds. All Kincmo blinds are custom sizes which was very self explanatory when ordering. They are all also blackout blinds. It said the turn around time was up to 2 weeks. I was so surprised when the blinds came in a week. They were easy to install and are great quality blinds. I then ordered 2 more custom blinds. All work perfectly and we get many comments on our motorized blinds. Other companys could not come close to the price we paid for the Kincmo blinds.

I couldn't be happier with my motorized blinds! I ordered one to see how they were and I loved it so much I ordered two more for other rooms and will be ordering more in the future. They look beautiful, they are very well made, they work flawlessly, and have completely elevated the feel of my home. I ordered the solar charger and the side rail tracks and both work fabulously. The side rail tracks completely block the light and give the blinds a real custom feel. The real standout was the incredible customer service. I had a few hiccups during installation, and their team went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly. They promptly answered every email and even telephoned to walked me through the process and make sure I was satisfied. It's not often you get a great product and a support team that actually gives a hoot. Highly recommend!

The whole process from ordering through installation and connecting to Apple Homekit was smooth as silk!

I chose an outside installation, measured height and width, chose the Matter over Thread motor, the cloth insert valence, and the one channel remote. Once the order was placed product support emailed asking to confirm my measurements. About 10 days later the blind arrived. It was very well wrapped and packaged for shipping and arrived in perfect condition.

Installation was smooth. I needed to use the extension brackets to clear the sliding door trim. There was one discrepancy between the supplied hardware and installation instructions which support cleared up very quickly.

Once installed the connection to Homekit was easy peasy lemon squeezy!! The last step.was setting the max length which while not in the quick install guide was supplied by support.

I'm looking forward to years of flawless operations!

We had looked at buying a motorized blind from two different local stores and the price was three times what we paid here on Amazon. The customization options available here are basically exact same as you'll find anywhere else. In fact, the local stores offered us additional savings if we agreed to wait three weeks to get our product which means they're probably buying it overseas and have it shipped here so they can make more profit. Installing the blinds was super simple. I screwed four brackets into the header above the door frame, and by myself snapped the whole thing in the place.
The remote that comes with it works perfect. The motor is nice and quiet and comes with an option to hook it up to your home automation systems.
I highly recommend this product and company. They were great at communicating and asking any questions to verify we got exactly what we needed.

I bought these a few months back. They came in early, installed very easily, and worked great right out of the box. Takes very little effort to install, actually took longer to unbox than install. They have been up since early October, and we have only had to charge them 1 time from the use.

Some don't get used daily but some get used multiple times a day! Batteries hold a charge exceptionally well. Buy the extra remotes that you don't think you will need as well as the solar charger that sticks to the window.
Better than having to plug the unit into the wall. Again, only had to do this once since installing them. About 2.5 months on a charge.

Worth the price all day long!! My friends used the big box stores and cost them 3 times as much. I personally believe that mine are better quality as well!

I was so nervous of buying blinds online. So many things can go wrong with the product. I did my research including reviews and came across this Kincmo comany. These blinds are amazing! They fit perfectly. They have a beautiful design and color. They are light weight and super easy to install. The customer service is wonderful as they reached out to me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I need any assistance with installation. I installed these myself in about an hour. I bought the drill blinds. These are worth every penny! I highly recommend these blinds. I am now purchasing more for other rooms in my home.

These are great blinds! I bought from a local retailer in the past and comparing the quality with this blinds there is no difference, my local retailer did not have automation and the remote control was not as good as the one I got from Kincmo. I bought 2 blinds, 98"x 94" and 51"x36" they came in different days but before the promised date and came without a scratch, they were very good packaged.
Motor is quite, blinds come with all needed hardware to install, instructions are clear, installation is easy and takes a just a couple of minutes.

The company also has an amazing customer support/service, they will contact you to make sure your measurements are correct and check the motor you selected will work for you!

What a relief to find Kincmo blinds. The service was outstanding (had a lot of questions), probably one of the best I've had. The process was easy, installation was a breeze and the quality of the blinds are beautiful. They are quiet when moving up or down and haven't needed to charge.Highly recommend

I installed these shades now about 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with them. It is a quality product. Customer support before the purchase is the best. Also, prior to purchase, I bought for a nominal price their sample pack of materials to determine which material I wanted. This sample pack in and of itself is really a quality product, too. By the way, I ordered with the shades the Matter over Thread transmitters to connect to my home automation system. First, I connected them with Amazon Echo and then brought them into HomeSeer, which is my home automation software. Controlling the shades via Alexa with voice commands is flawless. I highly recommend these shades.
