Really well packaged. I like the installation guide book it explains things clearly. The shade fabric feels really durable and helps with light blocking because it's thick. I chose solar panels. Installation is much easier than I thought. I can just stick it on the surface.

When my shade arrived, I expected to just slip it right in with the no drill option. Much to my surprise I measured an eighth of an inch to wide. But with a little help from a tool, I took the 8th inch out of one side of the window and it fit perfectly. Problem solved. If I would’ve measured a little better, I wouldn’t have had to make the modification. Anyway, the shade is doing exactly what we expected. Wonderful product.

Very nice works as described

Shade is very easily installed with tension. Looks great, and the motor runs very smoothly. When you put in an order, a person will send you an email to confirm size and selection. They are very responsive with any questions. Note that you can also order fabric swatches before ordering the shades - just search by the name of company and you'll find it on Amazon. I purchased 2 for one of my rooms and I'm so happy with them that I'll be buying more for the rest of the house.

The item is high quality and custom made well. A small part was missing but they responded quickly to resolve the issue and send me the part that was missing from the order.

The blind was easy to set up. It comes with two options: non-drill and drill option. I ordered both options at some extra charge, and ended up using the drill option. Both versions would work for me because the item was lightweight enough to hold without drill. The no-drill component can be easily removed and shelved for later use. It's a nice option for renter.

The fit was perfect. I subtracted one inch room for the width (0.5 inch on either side) and also one inch from the height. The width is important to get it right. But the height is more adjustable. The product comes with 1-2 more inch in length than I asked for, but the bottom position can be set with the remote, so it doesn't go all the way down (the top position can also be customized similarly).

It doesn't let me upload the video but I loved the automatic blinds! Although they arrived bent due to the handling during delivery, they still work wonderfully so far, and I absolutely love them.
And a plus is that they have a excellent customer support
