These blinds are beautiful and easy to install. The motorized blind, with remote control, makes it easy to move the blinds up and down. The company, Kincmo, was very helpful, as they replaced my blinds at no charge because I ordered the incorrect light filtering. Make sure you order 100% blackout if you don't want people to see through the blinds at night.

This is the first blind I have ordered on line and I was a bit apprehensive given I had to do the measurements and make choices for fabrics, etc. I went with Kincmo as it seemed to have the most reviews. They have a very good step by step process that took me through everything. Shortly after I placed the order I had an email from Kincmo support asking me to confirm the measurements they had. That gave me confidence. The estimate for delivery was several weeks but before that I got a further email from their support saying the item was shipped and gave me a tracking number. It arrived early and well packaged. Fingers crossed I held it up to the bedroom window and it fit! I thought I had ordered the no drill option but I didn't and that was totally my mistake. However it was easy to screw in the brackets and clip in the valance. I emailed their support to let them know of my success and I asked them a couple of follow up questions on what products offered. Again, they were quick to reply and gave a detailed reply. Other companies may have similar products but I am extremely happy with Kincmo's level of service from beginning to end. I will be ordering another blind from them for another bedroom window and I will order with brackets.
