Good material easy install . One of the window didn’t fits they sent us another one because I bought the insurance.

I am very happy with these shades! The fabric and size were exactly what I ordered.

The whole process was simple. Measuring was easy, blinds came when we were told and the install was so easy. The blinds basically came assembled. We just took them out of the box and screwed then to the inside of the window and that was it. We ordered 6 windows with motorized mechanism and it's great. I will definitely be ordering for my other windows.

Bought 4 shades for bedroom windows. All matched perfectly. Fit was perfect. Installation simple. Quality absolutely great. Thick material, even though I didn't upgrade the backing. Keeps light out in early morning. Customer service was also great when I called with a few questions before ordering. Absolutely would order from them again!

Love the quality and look of the roman shades. The ones we ordered were a heavier weight - as advertised. The cut was to our measurements. One thing that could be improved upon is the communication on how to hang them. Sure, there are videos, but the videos don't explain much, don't cover basic types of windows, and the hardware was different than the instructions. So our handyman was flumoxed and we've had to figure it out to correct them to hang properly. Also - we ordered an extra two inches for an outside mount - instructions were varied on this point as well. I think we could have used an extra three inches to be better able to work with the headrail.

My roman shades are of great quality and style and the customer service I received to help me selection the fabric, color and sizes was outstanding! All things being equal where anything with any company can go wrong - I would recommend kincmo for window coverings over many other providers.
