Install was tough since we decided to put it into a hidden pocket in the ceiling. Should've added an inch of width. Once we got it in it seems to be working very well. Programming took less time than expected and it works per the timing we set. Motor is a little louder in the morning than I would like, but otherwise we quite like it.

The 75% blackout lets the perfect amount of filtered though and materials are of good quality. Would be nice to have a rechargeable lithium remote instead of a coin battery.

I bought this to replace a $2300 motorized blind that failed after 4 years. I use this on my deck partly as a privacy blind and partly to block out sunlight do to light issues my wife has. Ordered the widest that was offered and was able to install it in 30 minutes. Ordered the solar option (one of the pictures) and it did not come with a mount. I thought that might be an issue but it turned out that it made it easier to mount. Both the panel and the USB-C cable were very long - about 4'. That allowed for a lot of placement options. Ordered the single channel remote which made it easy to use. Have used for 3 weeks now with no issues. It is very quiet and so far the solar is recharging the blind motor. Would highly recommend!

I just ordered my ninth motorized roller shade from Kincmo. They've added that touch of class my house desperately needed. Not only does Kincmo have a nice selection of fabrics to choose from but the customer service has been outstanding. The best part is I've noticed my electric bill is about 20% less than it was last year without any shades!

This was the 10th motorized shade from Kincmo that I've installed between my Home and RV. Installation including removal of old blinds, took less than 20 minutes each (with a little longer in RV because of physical constraints limiting access) and have been working without any issues. One more shade to install. Very happy with customer support (needed a little help programing some extra remotes), quality of the products and the shades operation. I find the battery operation very handy when the power goes out occasionally for continued use. Excellent product!

VERY pleased with the product. They work well and the motors are efficient and quiet. Packaging was good to protect the blinds and easy to install. I wasn't sure about how to use the "Matter Hub" , or if I even needed it at all, but the customer service was quick to contact me and review all the details over the phone BEFORE ordering. Then - The follow up service was TERRIFIC! They immediately responded to my questions and resolved all my questions in less than 24 hours! I will be adding more blinds Kincmo in the future!

These roller shades were easy to install and operate well. Battery life appears to be good, with our initial trial window up for over a month, with daily raising/lowering and still 91% of life. We did purchase with the matter hub to more easily connect all windows, set automations and link with our phones. While not all applications described are available in app stores or the apps able to connect to the hub (SmartThings did not connect to the hub), we were able to find at least one app that worked and is easy to use in setting automations or using in place of the remote.

We are very happy with the purchase, price and support from the Kincmo team in ensuring all are working as intended.
